Please arrive at your appointment with a clean scalp and fully detangled dry hair. No washing will be provided.

Avoiding Delays and Disruptions

Arriving to your appointments on time is not merely a matter of punctuality; it is a display of respect and consideration for both me and you. Additionally, late arrivals can disrupt my rhythm and creates a ripple effect that affects subsequent appointments. If I start late due to a tardy client, I may have to rush through the service, compromising the quality of my work. Moreover, this can lead to other clients having to wait longer or, in a worst-case scenario, rescheduling their appointment entirely.

Starting 09/01/2023, I want to inform you about the late fees structure for missed or delayed appointments. These fees are designed to ensure fairness to both my clients who arrive on time and me for working diligently to serve all of my valued clients.

Please take note of the following late fees:
1. No late fee for appointments delayed less than 15 minutes:

2. Appointments delayed 15 - 29 minutes will incur a $25 charge due at the time of your appointment.

3. A $50 charge will be applied for missed appointments or late arrivals beyond 30 minutes and may need to be rescheduled, depending on my availability.

Late fees will be used to compensate me for my time and effort, as well as to maintain the integrity of My Loc Lounge. It is my utmost aim to provide you with the best service possible. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the scheduled appointment times.

Please be aware that habitual or repeated late arrivals and missed appointments may result in limitations or restrictions on future scheduling.

I kindly request that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, allowing me to accommodate other clients effectively.

Same day cancellations results in $100 inconvenience fee applied to your next appointment.

Health & Wellness

If you find yourself unable to make your appointment due to illness, please inform me 24 hours in advance so I can get you in within the next two (2) weeks of your original appointment. This ensures that you receive the exceptional service you deserve at a more suitable time. Only (2) Health & Wellness courtesies will be granted per calendar year.
